What to include

For a tool problem, include the page URL, browser and device, the steps that produced the issue, and the result you expected. A screenshot is helpful when it contains no private information.

For an editorial correction, identify the exact passage and include a primary or authoritative source when one is available.

Privacy and security reports

Do not place passwords, API keys, personal records, confidential files, or regulated information in a public issue. Describe the affected page and the nature of the problem without exposing sensitive material.

Questions about data handling should reference the privacy policy and the processing notice shown in the relevant tool workspace.

Response expectations

Reports are reviewed by the independent maintainer. Submitting a request does not guarantee a specific response time, feature, or outcome, but clear and reproducible reports are easier to evaluate.
